howdy! and welcome to toddland. how long will you be staying? hopefully forever. wait, that was creepy. let's try this again... toddland is our own little world that formerly only existed in our heads (along with our imaginary supermodel girlfriends and that little voice that tells us to burn things). we are just a few friends making things that we think are rad and hope that you think are rad too. stolen / missing packages

We recommend that you always choose a safe mailing address where packages cannot be stolen from. front desk, office, ups store, po box, etc.  toddland cannot be responsible for replacing packages that have been marked "delivered" by USPS or UPS that cannot be located. 

 The best step is to first leave a note for your USPS/UPS Carrier letting them know that you are missing a package, usually they show up in a week or two if they were delivered to a neighbor, etc. 

 If a package was stolen, the best thing to do would be to file a police report and check any doorbell/hallway/neighbor's cameras.
